Procedures

Any individual or organization wishing to use school facilities (fields, auditoriums, classrooms or other spaces) must submit an application to the District Business Office.    You can download the form and email it to dmartin@pcschools.lhric.org.

School-sponsored events will always take precedence over other uses of our facilities.  

The approval process can take up to a month, so please plan accordingly.  An event is not approved unless you receive a formal letter of approval from the District Business Office and until you supply proof of insurance as required by the District.
